Hidden off the pedestrian precinct of Rue des Coches, Chez Alice’s tearoom is a quiet haven where you can secretly be decadent with a marshmallow hot chocolate and cream, a Champagne lunch, brunch on a Sunday (reservations a must) or a most civilised teatime with a selection of teas retrieved from one of the oversized Compagnie Coloniale tea caddies. Alice is not only one of the most adorable French women I've met, but her cakes – all made by herself and her mother – are such a special treat to enjoy while escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday routine. Chez Alice is one of the best restaurants/tea houses I have been to! The food is delicious, well made, and unique, and the staff are incredibly friendly and more than welcoming! The setting is classic with a relaxing atmosphere and subtle jazz tunes playing in the background. I would definitely come back in the future!!

This is the second time I come to brunch on Sunday at alice and it is again a very pleasant moment. refined and delicious! for 30€, brunch is complete with a pressed orange juice, a salted plate, sweet verrins, pastries and tarts, and a large tea. service is efficient, nice and refined.

This is a wonderful place where Alice and her Mum make the most delicious meals and offer a fabulous range of teas and 'delices ' not an address to share with everyone but a tucked away tea room, that is timeless and off the beaten track. I highly recommend a visit.

excellent time, the tea card is well provided and the service is very pleasant. the table and decoration in a general way is cozy. I was able to discover the green tea in the lith, a pure wonder. to be recommended
