Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Was okay overall.. the food was good and no issues there. The service was slow and paid little to no attention but it didn't impact the meal. Biggest issue was they put us near to a window, at sundown and took forever to get someone to close the shadesdo we weren't blinded and miserable. Our server completely ignored us during the issue which was not okay. And when I sawignored.. I mean ignored. Like flagged them down, made eye contact, know I got theur attention and they turned away and didn'thelp. Another server to care of it though

My family and I went to celebrate my dad?s birthday today. The server was very rude. We told her it was my dad?s birthday and she didn?t seem to care to do the usual birthday celebration but did it to another table. Also, we kept asking her for refillsand we never got them. We only had one drink the whole time we were there. We asked her about 3-4 times and she never came togive us a drink. We left very upset and thirsty! It is ridiculous.

Went in about an hour before closing to enjoy the bar. bartender was experienced and cool.. manager a little too laid back. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed leaving the servers quite busy and slowed down service.. good drinks and food was brandstandard-good!

They're menu is growing but I usually order the same thing because when I try something else...I'm not too impressed with it. I like going to try the margarita of the month special but they taste like they're mostly fruit juice no alcohol.

This was my first time in Chili?s. In this location, the food were good. The service was okay and it was affordable. But there are more better Tex-Mex restaurant in the city than this. It was a 3/5 for me.
