Chipotle Mexican Grill

The restaurant is often quite busy, especially during lunch hours, but the wait is absolutely worth it. I can't quite pinpoint what makes this place stand out, but I've sampled their food at different times throughout the day and even compared it to other Chipotles. There's something uniquely delightful about how they prepare the food here—it's simply delicious. As a fan of Mexican cuisine, I wholeheartedly give this place a 10/10 recommendation. The slight wait is definitely warranted, and the staff generally work efficiently. Kudos to the franchise owner and their team; you all are doing fantastic work. I will certainly be returning... on a weekly basis!

**3.5 STARS** I finally gave Chipotle a try after hearing so many positive reviews from Americans. I recall how long the lines were at the Yorkdale location when it first opened. I ordered a chicken burrito without rice and loaded it up with various toppings. To my surprise, when I unwrapped it, the burrito was a bit on the smaller side. The flavor was reminiscent of a healthier twist on a traditional Mexican burrito. I’m not quite sure what all the excitement is about, but I think it was worth a try.

I stopped by the restaurant to pick up two bowls, feeling optimistic about my day. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered a long hair in my food, and the service was quite disappointing. To make things even worse, my order was incorrect. I forgot to request sour cream because the poor service had already put me in a bad mood. I also attempted to call them, but no one answered, which left me feeling like I had wasted my money. This has been the worst dining experience I've ever encountered.

This was by far the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. The portions were incredibly small, barely filling a quarter of the spoon, and the tomato salsa seemed like just water. I was thoroughly disappointed with this location. I paid full price for what felt like half the size of a burrito compared to other places. To top it off, the burrito was ice cold. I will never return here. I strongly advise against coming to this location; I genuinely hope they get shut down. Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was outstanding! It’s probably the first time in a long while that the chips were fresh, which was a delightful surprise. I also sampled the guacamole for the first time, and it was delicious—although I ended up having too much food after ordering the queso and chicken bowl. Overall, Chipotle is very consistent, and I would definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t already!

I'm really disappointed with my experience. When my girlfriend and I were placing our orders, the server rushed through them to attend to another customer instead of taking the time to listen to us properly. As a result, there were several mistakes with our selections, and unfortunately, I ended up with a dish that had cheese in it, even though I can't eat dairy.

The food here is fresh and absolutely delicious. We tried the chicken al pastor bowl with guacamole, and it was fantastic. The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly vibe with plenty of tables for dining. However, it would be great if the accessibility door button were functional, as it was somewhat challenging to bring in a stroller.

I really think the staff could benefit from some training on how to properly roll a burrito. I've been reluctant to mention it, thinking it might just be a one-time issue, but every burrito I've had from this location has been poorly wrapped. It hardly feels like I'm eating a burrito at all. Fantastic choice for health-conscious diners! This spot often sees plenty of visitors, but the line moves swiftly. The parking lot can be somewhat hectic, so it's wise to place your order in advance to minimize any delays. The restaurant also maintains a good level of cleanliness.
