What on Earth has happened to this place?! To say that it has definitely gone far down hill is a more generous way to put it. My experience was one I will never forget for entirely all the wrong reasons.I ordered mine and my husband 's food and it took over 50 minutes to arrive. After such a long wait, the food better have been worth it. But it definitely was not. My husband 's prawns were covered in a particularly disgusting substance that words cannot describe how absolutely rank it was. I deemed it uneatable and he didn 't touch it. So, feeling poorly, family wanted Chinese, but too poorly to go out.Just Eat is the only delivery service who deliver to our location and had this Chinese and another.Had heard (and read) bad reviews about both, but this one was the lesser of two evils.It wasn't very warm when it arrived, but gave it the benefit of the doubt.The duck looked fatty and in chunks, which isn't what you expect (either shredded or left on the bone).My children said it was ok, once I'd removed the fat and shredded some of the larger pieces, but most was wasted.The crispy chili chicken and crispy chili beef, tasted and looked identical absolutely no difference. No idea what’s happened to this place used to be so good!Tonight I clearly asked for smoked crispy chicken, the lad even read it back, and when it turned up it was not what I asked for. When I rang he said oh I thought u wanted the chilli chicken. By time the correct chicken turned up the rest of the food was cold and they really didn’t care Won’t be rushing back since the change of hands this place has become the worst Chinese in Newbury

Ordered from this place so many times as it’s the only place that delivers to us. Always delivered in a timely manner, food of always of a good quality. Will continue to order as can’t fault it.

Food was tasteless, dry and unappealing. I was horrified, asked for them to come and give me my money back and collect the food
