The front lady at the desk was nasty, Ana. I booked a room for my cousins wedding two months in advance. The day of the check in we called ahead to ask if we could see the room after having a bad experience at the last hotel. I called ahead to ask if we could see the room prior to checking in and the gentleman nicely told us no problem and if we didn?t want the room we could cancel. We made a last minute reservation due to storm damage at home. When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk seemed less than welcoming and offered no standard information, such as wi fi password. He didn't even gesture in the general direction of the elevator so we knew where to go. I inquired about a late check out and he said we would have to call the front desk later. The next morning when I asked a different front desk person about a late check out he was unable toprovide a clear answer because he wasn't sure if anyone had already reserved that room ???? I would give no stars if I could. I booked this room for family visiting from out of state. The lobby smells like a funeral parlor, and the hallways leading to the rooms have holes in the wall, and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls with signs of severe MOLD and water damage, there are huge stains all over the rugs in the halls as well. The front desk informed us that there is water damage throughout the entire hotel, but why are they even open then?! Seems totallyoutrageous, and what?s worse they won?t issue a refund because we booked third party, however they never put in their listing that there is mold and water damage and peeling walls. Key cards are very fickle. They tend to not work after the first night. Drainage issues in the bathtubs. Room servicing is only every other night but we were not informed that when checking in. Walls are a bit on the thinner side so noise can be an issue. Parts of the hotel are quite dated. Rooms, in terms of space and cleanliness are adequate. Front desk staff seemed friendly.

Positive: The location Negative: It was dirty. Air conditioning didn't work and when I asked for a different room was told to open the window. When I finally switched the air conditioning also didn't work.
