Beautiful snack options, e.g. mini rolls, bagels as well as cakes Beautiful interior design and has a mezzanine. Friendly and helpful staff. Should this chain try to promote sustainability by this cafe company.

Coffee at CoffeeFellows is usually quite good, but service often really bad (see the one near Munich or Frankfurt Main Station). This is really nicely furnished, very clean and the service staff really attentive. An example for other subsidiaries....

We were very unpleasant served by the staff. I almost looked like we were a burden to them. I really hope they'll try better next time.

We were there for a coffee between shopping. The staff was super unfriendly and rude. Can't recommend at all. Coffee is medium.
