I ordered food on app. Not only are the workers lethargic, lack customer service managers do as well. Food nowadays is always soggy when I am from Meriden and remember this place differently. Simple food like fries and tenders and burgers should be served fresh. Especially considering the wait they put you through. I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive an order at 4 tender box after ordering it 20 minutes before. Because even though I shown my purchase on the app I was not able to pick up my order because it didn't go through to their systems. So soggy fries. And tenders that where sitting what I received. It's too bad this location has gone down I preferred the one in southington it actu...

There were no signs that this was a drive thru only spot. The seating area was exposed to Rte 15 and loud noises of traffic, so it is not ideal to sit and enjoy onsite. Service was as expected for a bunch of teens in the summer. They were polite and courteous and expeditious. The ice cream was delicious and prepared exactly as I expected.
