I can say my kids and I had a really good time. The atmosphere was live and the staff showed excellent customer service. But the food was terrible. Wings and fries came cold. Salmon was good, but I returned the meal because the rice was hard and the asparagus was boiled over. The manager was very attentive and helpful when I had to return my first order. I gave him another try and ordered a salad. How do you screw a salad? The meat was cold, but should be medium rare. The salad tasted like mint. I swear I'm not even exaggerated. Ok so one of the worst dining experiences. First not only was the table dirty but the menu was disgusting. I keep wipes do I cleaned them both. Second, unfortunately our waiter was new and it showed. We ordered drinks per the norm; it ttook 10 minutes to get. We ordered and while it did not take that long to get our meals we had no utensils. We requested condiments and it took 30 minutes to get mayonnaise. It took another 20 minutes to get extra mushrooms which was requested at the same time the condiments were requested. Lastly, the only reason this place received 3 stars is because the manager stepped in, at request of course and made it right. I am so upset I cannot recall her name becaus...

This is the first time my family has been in this place and since the pandemic, my first time in years with every Dave Buster. My daughter has become twelve today and is pleased to visit this place with her best friends. There are not enough seats, you need to get in where you are fit and usually stand all the time. I do this to secure our nations capital. In addition, I paid her and her friends $24 for a virtual reality simulation game. The game didn't work; it has disturbed. A refund has not been taken into account and no coins placed on their card. She was so disappointed that she wanted to leave. I was with Dave and Buster before and during the pandemic. I'll say after the pandemic, my experience is okay. Since they try their best to ensure that all customers are happy. I went there because my daughter had an event after the school program. It was a great timing for us because there were not many people, so most children play games as often as the card allowed. The food was good. Except the fries were cold. The waiter and manager were very attentive and pleasant.

This place is sooo cool! Good for singles, couples, families and all ages!! The food is excellent! Nice size Serving Equipment and the servers we had were great!! We celebrated a high school department and everyone had a great time!!
