Diamond’s is tucked into a shopping center on Rte 31 (Burger King is near the entrance to the shopping center). Once entering the restaurant, it’s hard to believe it’s in a strip mall because the decor is lovely. Paige took amazing care of our party of 3. She told us the many specials and answered all of our questions. She was attentive throughout the meal without ever breaking the flow of our chatting. We tried the special lump crab cocktail which was delicious. I had the special tomato platter with Burrata. It also had prosciutto and balsamic vinegar glaze. It was awesome. The fresh baked bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. We could’ve made a meal just out of the bread....

Never disappointed in Diamonds of Pennington or Hamilton. Both have great food at decent prices. Always consistent when we go. Drinks are good too.
