Dick's Hideaway - Reservar uma mesa

I had the enchilada plate that comes with three choices of the type of enchiladas you want. I had shrimp, smoked turkey and I forget the third choice, but the enchiladas were all quite tasty along with the sides. The portions were very generous. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The establishment is a bit on the dark side when it comes to lighting and the signage in front leaves a little to be desired in terms of finding the place from the street. All in all it’s well worth your time to stop in for a good southwest style meal.Parking: The parking in front of the restaurant is limited, but there is apparently more parking available in the rear of the building.

It's well named, but once you find it you won't want to leave. The south of the border Schnitzel is amazing. My ancestors would recognize the schnitzel, be totally confused by the sauce, and then clean their plate and ask for more. The sqash and aspergras were both cooked perfectly. The gumbo was served over pasta, but it worked well. Good service, great food, cozy space perfect for a special (or first) date.
