Pleasant setting, top SPA and very good food. However, communication is non-existent between the reception and the restaurant. Several problems that same evening for other customers as well. The cleanliness of the bubble and the toilets was poor. The quality of the bedding gave me back pain for several days. Breakfast does not offer unsalted butter, it would have been better to have pie servers for tarts and cakes. Very disappointed for an establishment that has 4 stars. Some restaurant staff were rude. I was shocked to see an employee cleaning the floor of the SPA area with 4-legged towels. Give them a trapeze broom with mops anyway... I don't recommend. Too expensive for lousy services. Ro...

Cozy room but not heated enough even though the outside temperatures were negative, the massage was excellent, it's a shame when you pay 189 euros for a room plus meals, the duo massage and the breakfasts, plus it's not very plentiful. still have to add 40 euros to access the SPA Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

The food was very well made and the service was excellent. The chef paid special attention to my food allergies. The ambiance is very serene.
