Dome - Reservar mesa

DIRTY TABLES and no one came to clean.. We ordered a Ham and Cheese toasted sandwich and a Ham and Cheese Croissant, it took 30 minutes for our food to be delivered to our table. When the food did arrive it was the worst Toasted sandwich I have ever had - over toasted resulting in a hard crust, packet chips (like Smiths crisps or similar) on the plate and a small serve of some sort of sauce or chutney; the Croissant was on the plate without any garnish at all - no presentation or eye appeal to the food and why it took 30 minutes to serve this is beyond me. We certainly will not recommend or visit this establishment again. Asked for a glass of water and was directed to the 'free' water founta...

Came to eat with 2 friends arrived at 830 and was agreed we could eat but would have to leave by 9 as restaurant closing- that is fine. At 5 past 9 we were approached by a rather rude waitress who stated we had to leave the establish as they were closed- abrupt on approach and quite passive aggressive but we began to leave, she continues to say 'for futureReference we close at9 so you must leave by 9' and was very rude andAbrupt in manner- if she had approached us politely we would have left without issue, no need to be rude- service is shockingly bad, staff rude and hostile- Perhaps training on customer service required- go to San churros over the street instead

Went for a quick bite before a show at the Regal Theatre. When we ordered we were advised there was a10 min wait for food which was fine but when it hadn't arrived after 30 mins I went to see how long it would be. The girl checked and told me in no uncertain terms that it hadn't been 30 mins but according to my watch it had been.When the food arrived in stages we were very dissapointed in the quality. The steak in the sandwich was like leather, the lasagna though tasty was cold in the centre and the salmon was overcooked. While I am here the water station had takeaway cups and the water was not chilled.Won't be going back

Hey Dome, os anos 90 chamados e eles querem seu menu de café de volta! Eu gosto da decoração da cúpula, as horas de negociação e outras lojas frequentes. Hey Dome, the 90s called and they want their cafe menu back! I do like the dome decor, the trading hours and frequent other outlets. This particular one is filthy and the lack of maintenance really shows (bathrooms for example). Either the franchisee gave up a long time ago or poorly run company store.

Spot the difference (please see the pics below)! I ordered a salt pepper squid salad.. Why it looks different from the picture? I need more lettuce.. Where's onions.... , guys! Sticky cutlery... Hmm.. Not that good.. Dome is Dome.. They're the same everywhere I guess

Great service quick and friendly Food was delicious and good size and presentation as per the Dome menu Calamari and focaccia well cooked Coffee was hot
