Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I order the pizza from this store often and being vegetarian always request cut with a clean knife. In all honesty the food quality is consistently good . Today a person who claimed to be the manager of this store location at long grove gave me the lowest possible customer service experience anyone could get . He denied to cut the pizza with clean cut , went overboard to claim that they never do that I always got it right here at the store , the lady at the front desk was ready to with the clean cutter but this gentlemen had some reservations and was adamantly refusing for reason best known to him. I recently visited Domino’s Pizza on Rte 83, Long Grove and had a great experience! The pizzas were delicious, with a crispy crust and fresh toppings. The parmesan bread bites were too good as well. I am a regular customer to this store but what really made this visit special was the store manager Monica!! She was friendly, very polite and great smile and went out of her way to make sure we had a great pizza experience with a surprising free desert. I will surely recommend Domino's at Long Grove to all the Pizza lovers!! I hope this helps you find a great pizza place!!

Didn’t order Domino’s pizza for a long time, today ordered and remembered why I always chose any other pizza place but not Dominos. Pizza was supper dry, with barely Chicken in it, for $26 with a $17 discount. Without a discount it would’ve been $43!!! Seriously?! I called, and the manager told that he is “not the one to be played”! I said that you barely can taste chicken in it! He said, that it’s not enough chicken ACCORDING TO ME. Lol So professional.SARPINOS next time! For this money, I would’ve had an amazing pizza!

Bad costumer service. They were extremely rude to me when I called and asked them to cut the pizza with a clean blade.

Definitely 5 for guy that was working today afternoon/ July 9th 2023. He did amazing job and working all by himself!!
