Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I placed a takeout order well before the restaurant's closing hours. However, when I arrived to pick up my order at 10:30pm (they close at 12am), I was informed by the staff that they were already closed and that my order had been cancelled. I did not receive any communication regarding this prior to my arrival. When I asked about their policies and the preparation of my food in relation to the time it was ordered, I was met with a hostile attitude from the staff. The level of professionalism and helpfulness from the staff was extremely lacking. I do not recommend dining at this location.

The employee working in this store exhibits unnecessarily aggressive attitudes. We encounter this attitude every time. It's like he's working for free and it's our fault? Today, when we placed our order and came to pick it up 25 minutes later, he said he didn’t make it ready yet. We had to wait another 30 minutes. He said we were not his priority? Speaks aggressively and abusively. You should hire better human being!

We ordered a super supreme pizza, but received pepperoni instead. When we called to inform them, they put us on hold for 10 minutes. It was frustrating to spend that time only to find out that our order was incorrect when we got home.

That was a guardianship that pushed me a PIZZA to scream with me, and my colleagues, and they were 2 hours and destroyed it. You left it to the RONG ADDRESS TWICE. We have AROUND 10:00 AND ITS ALMOST KLOSING TIME(1AM) HERE.

Okay, I understand that on Super Bowl Sunday it was possible to receive the wrong pizza. However, tonight, once again, despite what was written on the receipt, I received the wrong pizza.
