the workers are nice and polite. Nevertheless, I try to avoid coming to this place. Today was a rare opportunity where I decided to order a mobile order for my children and I. as in the rule of this place, but I did not get what I ordered. the food is either missing or prepared incorrectly. Today I have to experience both. I ordered a big coffee with cream and caramel eddy. it came only with saw 2.49) I ordered a Turkish sausage and cheese on croissant sandwich, I got a bacon egg and cheese on croissant sandwich 3.79) I ordered the new speck and cheese omelette bisse 4.49), I did not even get it. As how much I love Dunkin's products, I cannot leave a positive rating at this location. They have continuously messed up our order. For example, just like yesterday, we ordered a dozen donuts, and they got the donuts mixed up and ended up getting wrong donuts. Also, I ordered a Green Tea Latte, but ended up getting a white chocolate mocha instead. Because we could not go inside, we had to wait 30+ minutes waiting in the drive-thru line and asking them to replace our drinks. Due to that inconvenience, I unfortunately could not recommend this location.

I have been coming here for a while and the service is way too spotty. Order coffee and one cup is brewed way too strong, the other is toilet water because they don't let the whole pot brew and they dispense it as fast as possible. Also the girl had her hand inside my cup before she filled it. YUCK! I declined my coffeeThis was my bagel today. Paid $1.20 extra for cream cheese and this is what it looked like.I am very displeased and will not be here ever again. Employees do not do a good job here and things are not clean so it seems

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Stopped this morning and experienced a RUDE, ARROGANT DRIVE THRU EMPLOYEE who constantly cut me off, talked over me and told me several times that I couldn't have my selection in a box (even thought I NEVER asked for a box). When I got my 10 munchkins and 4 doughnuts home, the cinnamon rolls were stale and the boston cream doughnuts were thrown upside down in the bag with no paper separator. This person doesn't deserve to have ANY job, but most certainly NOT a job where customer service is the main task!
