Egg Shop - Reservar uma mesa

Went on a Saturday morning with a buddy and it was starting to get packed. Nice ambience with an upper platform seating overlooking the entrance and bar counter.Had a cappuccino, sausage egg ‘n cheese sandwich, side of hash browns and a cucumber cooler. Sandwich was good but not mind blowing, hash brown was small and a little too hard for my liking. Cucumber cooler was good though.Overall food was ok but if there’s a long wait or line to get in I won’t bother waiting. I’ve had eggs and brunch from the original Egg on N 3rd many years ago and that was da bomb. Sadly it’s now closed.

We were excited to try this place and it totally disappointed, ricotta scrambled is a 0 no seasoning whatsoever just oil and pepper, pancakes lacks flavor, burritos was a 2 out 5, buttermilk biscuits too salty. If you like seasoning in your food this restaurant is not for you, I did looked at the reviews before going and most of these people have no taste buds.Food presentation was 5/5, only bright side to this.

These people know how to cook eggs, but I think they spread themselves a little thin with the menu diversity. You can't go wrong with Balthazar breads, but the Smoked brisket was a bit rubbery and the tacos don't remind me of a cornerstone taqueria. I would take out the Mex and focus on the Mediterranean spice (which didn't carry much punch)
