El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

I used my first registered voucher two days ago to get free chips, but I was told I can't use it because it can't make sure it is available to use. I explained I just download the app and discount barcode, why do you say I can't use it? But yesterday I used the same voucher to get free chips in the same memory. It's just different. She knows how to obviously process the coupon. I think some waiters here are really great, but others need more training to be more professional. At least you should know how to deal with the voucher

At lunch have a short time back to my office to find my bowl of a double chicken, a simple salad was nothing near terrible I explained in detail what kind of bowl it had in it, and nevertheless I did NOT say WITH RICE!!! ITS JUST A DOUBING CHICKEN SALAD BOWL AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR MY SALAD DRESSING DID I GET IT NO I HAD to WAIT and ASK AFTER SAYing IT TWICE THE WINDOW SERIOUSLY WORK ON YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE ITS HORRIBLE!!!!

One of the best Pollo Loco locations where we were. From the moment we go, we were welcomed and felt welcome. We had 2 employees to check on us while we agreed to make sure everything is okay. Would definitely recommend if you were in the area.

The restaurant was cleaned inside and out. Very pleasant to dine here. The flower on each table was a lovely touch. One of the few El Pollo Loco that will bring out the food for you. Love all the staffs here!

The prices are good the best thing to buy is a half chicken combo.
