After reading several reviews of this restaurant, we decided to make the drive to Castle Hill. The restaurant was easy to find, located close to the street and part of the Piazza. Sitting outside in the cool weather, we decided to try one of the Greek wines on the menu. Following a recommendation from the waitress, we chose a Chardonnay style wine that was perfect for a summer evening. Our mains of pan-fried salmon and pork belly exceeded our expectations. The meals were beautifully presented on unique plates, making for a delightful dining experience. The salmon and pork belly were cooked perfectly, with the pork belly having a satisfying crunch.
