Fantaci Sushi is a gem in the middle of Cochrane. The sushi and other Asian-inspired dishes were very delicious. The Tempura Unagi roll was a hit with our table. The interior is very modern, clean, and beautiful.I've never really spent much time in Cochrane apart from fueling up on my way to the mountains, but I will definitely be back to Fantaci again.
