Fatburger - Reservar mesa

Went to Fatburger for the first time today for lunch. I ordered the chicken strips tossed in Asian sesame sauce with sweet potato fries. These chicken strips are insanely good and absolutely massive compared to the tenders from most other places. Portion size for the sweet potatoes fries was quite generous as well and the chipotle dipping sauce was very smoky and spicy sooo good!! Picture attached of what was left after I ate my fill and it's basically a whole second meal leftover. Prices are a bit high but the generous portion sizes make it 100%worth it. My review is based upon expectations one would have after visiting other well-run fatburgers. This location is an extremely slow. It can take up to a half hour to order your food and having to line up out the door.The execution of the food is very good but hardly offsets the slowness.I encourage that this location increasing the response and communication from the order counter person. Avoid having this person take one order it at a time and multitask making milkshakes and fries.We've offered the benefit of the doubt for the last 2 years and honestly it just seems that they need to hire more people but the staff it's still the same people and quantity.

WORST BURGERS IN CANADA!!! Awful Ultra Greasy Joke!!! When 5 out of 6 people can't eat their fries, onion rings or mushroom burgers you better closed the doors!!! Grease, Grease, and more Grease...The lady ringing in the big order gave me attitude after not leaving a tip when running my credit card through before even taking one bite. Shameful!!

I had been told by several people that a burger lover such as me might really enjoy fat burger. They were right. I did. The half pound single patty burger was delicious and the fries have a light double batter that makes them stand out. I'll visit again. Reserve uma mesa agora

Fatburger is my standard for a good fresh burger at a reasonable price. The burger patty is hot and tasty, the veg is cold and crisp and the bun is the right size. The staff at the Kelowna location are always friendly and efficient.

way overpriced burgers and reluctant service.. Anyplace can stuff a burger bun with anything and call it a special, but $43 for 2 burgers and fries !!
