Fish Fizz - Reservar uma mesa

Drove about 25 minutes to get to Fish and Fizz and it didn’t disappoint. Like someone else said, I would of preferred proper chippy chips but the steak fries were ok. Fish was amazing, the batter was light and crispy, very tasty and not greasy at all. Curry sauce, spot on as were the mushy peas both regular and with mint, we had to have a try of them all. We had the Victoria sponge for pudding but it was a little disappointing, the sponge was heavy and the cream was hard, almost like it had been frozen and not properly thawed. Will definitely be back for fish and chips again!

Top marks. Salmon apetizer excellent! Fantastic accompanyment of onion (relish?-doused in light malt vinager? And nice light horsey sauce. Fish and chips was way more and way better than expected. This is NOT your mom 's 'Gortens fish sticks '. This is top notch fresh tender cod in perfect batter with sizable slices of potato planks and really really good tarter sauce. A little squeeze of lemon and it just doesnt get better than this. It 's a big portion too. Took half home and ate it for lunch the next day! I 'll be back Nick and Chris! So fantastic!

Decide to change plans and go to Fish and Fizz. What a great place. Fish and Chips were awesome. Lots of high school kid working there. Great neighborhood vibe. They have really put in a great deal of effort in the decor. Lots of beer and wine offerings. Try the tap beer! Presley the GM is poised ,polished and a true professional. They have beach house cabanas with tables for small groups. Try the caramel pudding. So happy to have this place in our neighborhood.

Just fantastic. Six years since I’ve had proper fish n chips, wife so happy you do gluten free. Everything good and great sodas with cane sugar. Nice staff. Good cuppa tea.

Attended the Grand Opening tonight, and was not disappointed...the batter was just perfect!! Certainly a taste from home...(Plymothian) Wish you all the best!
