This is by far one of the best restaurants for lunch in the area a level above all the rest. It's run by a lovely couple (he the chef, she the hostess) and everything is done with the detail of love and care. The menu is always full of a variety of delicious choices, created by the artisinal chef. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Anytime I want to have a special treat lunch, I go here, and I don't have to spend more than I would at another more ordinary restaurant.

First of all, this restaurant is situated in the centre of Sophia Antipolis and not in the village of Valbonne. Clients are mostly persons working in Sophia. The food is delicious, home made and very fresh. The owner apparently buys everything every morning at a local market. The menu changes daily. Staff is extremely friendly and the terrace is perfect. A great choice of vegetarian dishes. Don't forget to try the home made desserts!! Prices are great!

We tried brochette de poulet and pave de saumon here. Salmon was ok but chicken was really soft and delicious. Probably the best of its kind I had in this region. The accompagnements were tasty as well. Loved the presentation of food, quite articulate. P.S. If you want to go for lunch, try to reserve it before going, they run quite packed

The restaurant is in the center of Sophia Antipolis. Quality of food is really great. Lately I tried Tartiflette FC, very tasty and well done. home made ice cream with fruits and dark chocolate Service is kind and effective. High value for money. The place is rather small and always crowded, reservation is needed. Recommended.
