Friendly's - Reservar uma mesa

The waitress that sat us was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire meal. However, she was not our waiter, she proceeded to help us when we couldn't get ahold of our waiter. The kids burgers were burn and hard. Both young children were only able to eat two bites of burger and just ate their sides. Kids Chocolate milk had no chocolate in it, the hostess was kind enough to give us some chocolate sauce to add to the milk. Next the rest of our table ordered burger with fries and I'm sorry to say there were barely any fries. It looked like they might be running out of fries and needed to make them last through dinner shift. I ordered the soup which had good flavor but was the consistency...
