We had dinner at 3 for dinner in August. The evening really wasn't up to...To start the room: we were placed in the main room or the number of tables is clearly too important. To give an idea, the person on the wall couldn't get out of the table without I getting up and pushing my chair...The air conditioning was very strong and the aeration pointes directly on the tables (we were 3 tables to ask that the air conditioning be cut). We booked this restaurant for our 9th anniversary lunch based in review online. We arrived at the time and after 2hs our main course wasn't served! We asked about it and they said that it was on the way. 2 couples arrived after us, ate and left before we had our meal. After 2hs we order the check and when we were living the restaurant, the food was been made in the kitchen. It was our last day in Paris, we tried to celebrate our anniversary but unfortunately this restaurant don't deserve what is said about it!

We were welcomed by the director and sommelier who is an exceptional person. With his knowledge of French but also foreign wine (which he doesn't hesitate to make discover), he is also attentive to the constraints and expectations of his customers. the menu is a treat for taste buds, with 5 or 6 dishes per day, fish or meat. the one I preferred remains the thousand leaves of foie gras mixed and interspersed with perfect cooking and an exquisite taste. Thank you very much for this meal!

From the beginning it is in a relaxed atmosphere that you are welcomed and it gives the tone for the rest of the evening. The dishes are wonderful, especially the combination of foie gras and beef so melting!The wines are at the top. Maybe if I had to hope a little better it would be on the dessert that was good but a wan below the rest. We were taken to Garance by friends in Paris and had a lovely evening and wonderful meal. It is a very comfortable and serene space that enhances your dining experience. The service was top-notch and the tasting menu creative yet comprehensible, unlike some top-end restaurants. The food, staff, and space were all welcoming.

a high-quality dinner. well finished and tasteful dishes with a search for flavors always consistent and never shifted. excellent fish and excellent meat. exceptional wines map. We chose a glass tasting. Very well.
