Grill'd Carindale - Reservar uma mesa

Couldn’t recommend it unless you love grilld burgers. Ambiance: Tragic, listless, and a flummoxed environment that leaves you craving a calmer cosier ambiance, one where workers feel supported and not being stretched to teach casuals, serve, do stock, and clean all at once. Wait times a long and you either see waiters rushing around the store or the back room being overworked carrying tons of boxes, serving, cooking, and preparing all at the same time or just milling about (probably tired from being overworked). With a new burger joint opening up right near it, I fear Grilld might not have what it takes to stick it through. It also seems like there is never the appropriate amount of staff on...

Food is great, but they 're always crazy busy and long waits for food at this store. Tonight they lost our order completely and we waited half an hour for nothing... Shame none of the staff walking past never thought to ask what we 're waiting on and check our order. We only noticed when a table sat and received their food next to us, so we also had to initiate fixing the issue. They did end up making the food urgently and also offering a full refund which was a nice gesture. But I really won 't be coming back to this particular Grill 'd again any time soon.

the service was great, ordered the chicken casar salad, wobble rings and a drink. it was a little expensive, but wobble rings came hot and crunchy, the salat was fresh in the middle of the salat crisis I got real salat and not carbureted and the hay was grilled to perfection and the drink was cold. the waiting staff are friendly, the restaurant was clean. beautiful place to dinate, and yes, I just ordered an salat in a Burger restaurant. a burger is too big for me to eat, and I still have to taste her grilled meat in my salad. loved the grill taste.

Oh man oh man. Wait times. Just two more minutes is what I was told as I waited for my takeaway order- 30 minutes is nowhere near two. All hospitality venues get busy- it 's inevitable, what is UNACCEPTABLE is telling every customer that walks in two more minutes that 's just blatantly lying. 8/6/22 was the night, please don 't lie to your customers. I 'm getting really fed up with slow, mediocre burgers. Grill 'd used to be good. Very disappointed.

Yous make amazing food, No complaints there at all and I don’t wanna be one of those people but just try to be more conscious of putting sauces in the takeaway bags because i’ve had 2 explode and leak everywhere in the bag and it makes it a struggle to get through especially in public. Thanks guys! Otherwise the food and service is amazing.
