Grond Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

The menu is of average pricing (19.50 CHF) and offers some unusual items like cocoa ravioli with venison filling, and chestnut cream soup. The pastries are so varied and appealing that we found it hard to select one. The merengue balls are filled with marzipan and covered with chocolate. There is a terrace and also a nice indoor area. I'm glad we stopped on a whim.

four of us had brunch at this place. conveniently located near the Bus Stop. We has an array of pastries. Fresh and tasty. there is plenty to choose from. If you want to have water, it is better to buy the bottle as they charge CHF1 per glass of tap water.

Apart from cakes and pastries they also offer lunch. We went for breakfast, very nice. They also have a burger place in Sils which we wanted to have dinner at, but were told the kitchen was closed - 30 minutes before the restaurant´s closing time...More

Popped in for a snack and to do a bit of work while on holiday, ordered a sandwich which was tasty but then found there was no internet connection/wifi available which in this day and age is a little strange.

This is a great unpretentious cafe in Pontresina that is perfect for coffee and cake after skiing. Great cakes and other sweets. Quality of food is high and waiters are very friendly. A very pleasant place.
