Hardee's - Reservar uma mesa

I visited here for breakfast today. I wasn 't going to say much about this location, but this is the second time in as many visits that I have been confronted with increasingly terrible service and unsanitary food service practices. The last time I visited this location, a young lady working there brought all of my condiments out in her shirt--literally. And she found this to be funny. Against my better judgement, I went there today for breakfast. I placed my order and let them know that I had a coupon. So the woman taking the order told me to drive around to the window. After doing so, I pulled the coupon sheet and proceeded to tear the coupon out to give it to the cashier. She gave me the...

I ordered from DoorDash. The jalapeno poppers were not bad but they gave me Buffalo Sauce instead of ranch. Also, the bread on my burger was not the advertised bread for the Frisco Angus Burger. I ordered this burger specifically for the sourdough bread that Hardees usually uses and it looks like they used white bread from the grocery store. I don't even think it's sourdough. I would not have ordered this if I knew this was what I was going to get. The chili dog wasn't bad but I didn't realize it came with mustard and I don't like mustard on my hot dog.

Food is fine most of the time. If you're expecting polite or friendly service you had better look elsewhere. Drive through cashier is rude and not friendly at all. If you don't want to work in this industry then don't buy they shouldn't take it out on their customers. Store is very dated and in desperate need of an update.

Four stars for a Ghetto Hardee is probably the worst in the city of Richmond, where they always run from the main menu elements bad administration I guess

Great manager. Supposed, but still good, friendly service. Please help quickly eat restaurants and order them through their apps or kiosks.
