Harvey's - Reservar mesa

While staying in Gravenhurst, I was THRILLED my daughter found a Harvey's Restaurant. As the family "Hamberger Officionado", I couldn't wait to get there. There was a huge rainstorm with flooding in Gravenhurst that day - didn't stop us - got soaked walking from car to restaurant - who cared? We were at HARVEY'S* We all ordered freshly charbroiled cheesebergers, onion rings and fries WITH GRAVY. I don't know what Harvey's puts into their gravy but, it is always smooth and delicious. Not a word from our table but, munching and exclamations of pure delight. What a treat! The servers were very helpful, warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We tried to locate a Swiss Chalet in Gravenhurst and were redirected to the toll-free number who advised that there were no locations in Gravenhurst. However, there were locations in either Bracebridge or Etobicoke! When we finally contacted the restaurant, we were disappointed to discover that some of the typical Swiss Chalet items were not available, such as steamed vegetables and coconut cream pie. We placed our order for pick up. The staff were very young at this location and were unsure of what they were doing. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. The food was fine and the staff did apologize for the wait.

This Harvey's location serves the best onion rings I've ever had. You can customize your burger with any toppings you like, and the veggies and condiments are always fresh. The restaurant is clean and the staff, from the owner to the servers, are friendly and polite. It's a great spot for lunch.

I love Harvey's burgers, but they had their last chance this summer. The wait is always really long and then the food is cold (not sure what is going on there). I think better management would definitely help because they are very friendly and seem eager to please. Reserve uma mesa agora

Although there was a wait, the service was quite quick. The food was freshly prepared and there were tables available for us to enjoy our meal. Despite a spill on the floor, the staff promptly cleaned it up once we brought it to their attention.

Harvey's has a vegetarian burger which is great to know when road tripping through Ontario. The vege burger is a Yves or TVP style burger. Some of other Harvey's along Hwy 11 had very poor ratings, but we were fine with this one.

Now that Harvey's is in town its much easier to access than the one that use to be further down the highway. I've only used the drive through but this being a brand new building, it looks clean and well kept.

Standard Harvey's can be super slow so you just need to be patient. Friendly staff who know the area and you can have the meal brought to your table if you wish. Reserve uma mesa agora

It was ok but not as near as good as previous experiences, not sure what the issue is but we we're a little disappointed, not up to normal Harvey's standards.

Nice, new and modern restaurant shared with Swiss Chalet. Service is friendly and the place is tidy.
