So, on trying to book a table for on December for the seasonal Tasting evening, we were told initially that we were too late but.... then the cancellation happened! Of course we didn't hesitate and the resulting experience we had was perfect! A...full restaurant, with a great atmosphere and clientele sitting down to eat some incredible food perfectly matched with by wine expert Mark, offering his expert opinion on why each Portuguese wine worked with each dish. A most enjoyable way to celebrate my husband's birthday, accompanied by a friend. We chose the six course tasting menu with paired wines. The food was exceptional and the wines well selected. Opting for the paired wines allowed a better match of wine to each...course, benefitting from the expert advice on hand and offered the opportunity to sample wines that we would not otherwise have chosen. this excellent restaurant deserves at least one Michelin star. our party had the lunch tasting menu with wine pairing and it was error-free. sweet bouch, delicious warm brot and then courses of fantastic food. the dessert of the fig and caramel soaps was like eating from clouds of mouth-watered pracht and then some gelled and minicakes. the wine that accompanied the food was perfectly balanced. at a head it was also a good value for money. we will come back as soon as possible.

Today, we celebrated our son's birthday at Haywards and after reading the reviews, I can confidently say that it deserves every single star. We have dined at most restaurants in the city, including those where the chef has worked, and Haywards is definitely the best. This restaurant has fantastic timing with its hours of operation. Our Sunday dinner experience was exceptional, from the appetizers to the starters, the presentation was outstanding and each dish was a culinary delight. This is not a place for a quick meal, but rather a special event. I have dined in many beautiful restaurants, but Hayward's is the best I have ever experienced.

I always have a wonderful experience at Hayward's. They were very understanding of my allergies and preferences and went out of their way to accommodate me. The food was amazing and everything just came together perfectly. I can't wait to go back for our next visit. The owners definitely know how to run a restaurant!

Tasting menu eating has always been a passion of mine. Normally you have to go many miles to find a restaurant that does them. Even further, one that is at the standard of Haywards. The food, wine and service are ALL Thankyou for making...my birthday one to remember.

very pleasant little restaurant served nouvelle cuisine. we had the pheasant, the damp and much tastier was as usual off the beaten track with good parking good and friendly service. Unbelievable Reserve uma mesa agora

Fantastic night very welcoming staff. Wine that was recommended was amazing. Food delicious. Perfect night from start to finish. So lucky to have this restaurant local like being in the west end.
