On a holiday in ariège, I searched the internet to eat a super cassoulet and I fell on a video on youtube that is on the restaurant’s site. I've done 100 km to go, but I'm sorry! a real happiness this graceful cassoulet and you feel that there is a great mastery of the subject, a true knowledge to do with fresh local products. the staff is very pleasant. the restaurant and the sanitary are very clean. I recommend without hesitation. think to book because apparently often complete (what I understand).

Very good and very generous. The accompanying salad was very well seasoned. Quick service, tank waitress, the very relaxing outside frame. In short a great restaurant, professional and authentic. Thinking to book, the day of the week or we ate it was full at noon.

discover this restaurant, attracted to the cassoulet and I'm not disappointed. impeccable reception and high service, not to mention the cassoulet simply a pleasure. rates are reasonable and the setting is beautiful. I recommend without hesitation.

a remote place but so unexpected. a real discovery of authenticity. A delicious cassoulet and the plate of foie gras with its appropriate wine really a slaughter. We won't forget that moment soon. Redo

Excellent cassoulet we bought to take in a cassolette. Very rich and well supplied with duck meat, sausage and bacon. A real pleasure.
