Hotel SOHO - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve never had such a bad experience, I’m still trying to process what happened. We went to Soho for a family dinner in which I ordered my meal asking for no ham. The waitress repeated it back to me saying “no ham” letting me know my request was understood. My meal then came out and again the waitress said “no ham”. However, half way through I found HAM !!! I don’t eat red meat and I was completely disgusted that the ham was hidden in my meal. I took it back continuing to be polite about the situation but also letting them know how upset it has made me. It was taken back to the chef with his response being “well I don’t f*cking care” while laughing. My family saw him say this through the gla...

Had lunch today and order the mains from the dinner menu not lunch menu , ordered 400 gm porterhouse with chips, salad and mushroom sauce, wife order chicken parmi meataxe with vegetables. The steak came and was only 200gm and well cooked with a handful of chips only, asked waiter and she said sorry it was the lunch size, not what I ordered, when I went to pay I asked about the steak again and said it was overcooked, well done and 1/2 was just the ****.......no trimming at all. All they said was sorry and gave us the bill, the place is run down, only 3 other tables there, used to be good once but now just complete rubbish. Sadly wont be going back again, not being busy too we had to actually...

We popped in for lunch and were going to have a game of pool while we waited. Went to the bar to get a drink and we were told the attendant was busy getting drinks for others and if we went over to the pool table she would come and take our order. We played our game of pool ... finished our game of pool ... didn’t get our order taken and left. There were only three or four tables of diners at the time 12.30 on a Friday. Previously, the place used to be packed out, service was great and lunch menu was excellent. Don’t know what’s gone wrong?

tried to book elderly family members, who are not large eaters asked in there was a smaller option told point blank NO and they will not be allowed to eat from children's menu no senior discount , extremely rude when asked to see a menu was told to look up on line. over all after simply tiring to book in will NEVER attend this venue again. use to be regular customers

Last minute decision to pop in here and was pleasantly surprised. Hubby has the “mega rump” he said best cooked steak his had in a long time! My rib fillet medallions were also perfectly cooked. Yes pub food but very happy with what we got. Would go back again
