I came here with my sister to enjoy a pho soup, we didn’t order appetizer or anything, straight pho soup, and we waited 20 mins for our soup to come and they bring us one small plate of bean sprout and 2 lime, so I’m like ok, food came we start to eat, portion inside the large soup I ordered is very small, not enough noodle and meat and they fill the bowl with broth. They don’t come back to see if we need anything, I had to stop a server for anything I needed like some napkins and more bean sprouts. I never complained, my sis and I just ate and when I got up to pay, I tapped the card and the guy says to me…what happened? I’m like, what? He says, why you didn’t tip? Then I’m like stunned how...
Don’t waste your time and money going to this place. You get zero good service and the servers are even worse, they give you attitude and talk back to you as soon as they get frustrated from the customer asking questions about the menu! They are rude aS hell and they still expect you to tip!And if you don’t they will ask you why you didn’t tip.Also, they fill the bowl with broth and give you little meat ! So what are you really paying for and what are you eating! A bunch of broth !They increase their pricesThey decrease the quantity of the meatThey give you horrible serviceThey give you rude serversThey demand you to tipThis place is awful.Find another place! Hopefully this place will stay clean often. First few times we've been there, very clean for a busy time. Last time though, missing tissue paper but still acceptably clean. We have our favourites: Fresh avocado smoothie and Fresh Strawberry smoothie. Not too sweet and you can actually taste the fresh fruits. Soup: Fried rolls, House Special P1 soup, Steak, Brisket and Beef Balls P9, and P12 Brisket...these are great! Rice: R3 pork slices...the best! Specialties: T6 Beef Stew..not my personal favourite but hubby only orders this. One time that we ordered this, it was more like soup than stew. Hope that doesn't happen again. Every other time we ordered this...perfectly cooked. Pricey but bigge...
My date and I were in the area and stopped in. Date had the chicken. I had a bite and thought it was delicious. He gave his meal a 4. He said it was good, but wasn't quite a 5. I had the Pho and it was delicious. The noodles were thick and the meat was generously portioned. Probably the best meat I've had in pho in a while. I removed 1 star because they use MSG and I have a reaction. But it really was tasty. It's my bad that I didn't ask ahead if they used MSG. Service friendly. The tea delicious. Perfect. I went there for the first time yesterday. The Lemon Grass Chicken Pho was so good and flavourful that I went back today to get it again. After processing my order, the friendly and attentive employee realized I had not ordered it as spicy like I had the day before. She asked me and updated my order accordingly. I am very impressed she remembered that from yesterday, noticed that I had failed to order it the same way today, and inquired about it. Great food and great attention to detail service. I will definitely be back!
