Ice Cream Chef - Reservar uma mesa

I honestly thought I wrote a review already, pardon my lapse in memory.Had the pleasure of trying their rolled ice cream and was excited to have a place for cold sweet treat mear the movie theater. Then Covid struck, lots of places closed and some didn’t recover. It was great that they re-opened in April 2021. I won a year’s worth of ice cream (one a month) playing their roulette. As if I needed more incentive to get ice cream. I’ve tasted their rocky road, s’mores, horchata, and, taro ice cream. Of course I like the rocky road the best.It’s fun to watch how they mix and nudge the liquid cream on the cold slab until finally they roll the ice cream and slowly assemble them into a cup. When you walk into this beautiful little ice cream shop its not only very decorative and cute but you are greeting by the amazing staff when I ordered my ice cream not only did chelsey roll my ice cream with such love but she added a happy birthday for my friend she is so amazing and friendly I would come back just to see her do her magic every ice cream I tried was so delicious and it's fun Watching them make they also add a personal touch everytime you go if I could rate more stars I would yummy ? we love you chelsey

The rolled ice cream was decent, but this was 8 dollars…. The service was awesome and the staff was nice and even the place was clean but I just don’t think it’s worth it. There’s many other places that can get you more with 8 dollars but I’m giving this a 3 star because, like I said it was decent and the staff was chill.

Ice cream is super hard and is poor example of rolled ice cream. The one staff member just hid in the back and did not say a word. The staff also managed to be passive aggressive slamming the door as he went back to hide . Its too expensive and too weird.

Horrible customer service!You can tell he didn’t want to serve my family and I, wish I got the name of the employee because he was so rude!We ended up leaving because of his negative mannerisms.
