very good salmon/avocado chirashi. tender and thick salmon, perfect avocado, well-made vinegared sticky rice and much tastier than the competition. and this good rediscovered tradition of offering miso soup and coleslaw with it. certainly a little expensive, but authentic served with soup and salad so : I have also tried the chirashi with 3 raw fish since and a treat too, just like the sushi. Be careful, the quality has declined in 2024, especially the bland and soft vinegared rice. Take back your previous rice. That the quantities are decreasing like everywhere is one thing but not low cost ingredients!!

very good chirashi salmon/vocado with new managers, melt and thick salmon, perfect advocate, well-made vinegar rice, and this good tradition found to offer fog soup and cabbage salad. certainly a little expensive, even price as bets, but not more than competition here and especially better served with soup and salad, so I also tested the chirashi with 3 raw fish since and a pleasure also

In a town where most places were closed, this little restaurant was a life saver. Great little menu, with freshly cooked hot food to order. Great service, including takeaway.
