ZERO Stars Awful everything! Table surface is worn and delaminated. Bench seats are broken down and uncomfortable. 60% of the tables were covered with dirty dishes, from previous guests. No dishes were pre bussed from our meal. A/C was barely on and it was about 85° and humid inside. Even the servers admitted they were miserable. Food was just as awful: Pancakes doughy gummy inside, bacon not fully cooked and tasted old, omelette was also doughy in the middle meat was dried out. Hashbrowns were dry, crunchy black like straw. The prices on the menu were not the actual price. They were way higher. The menu said 5 chicken strips and what I actually got was 2 chicken patties... Not what I ordered. I went with my 3 y/o nephew who can be crazy at times. The waitress then seats 2 other families right next to us! Who in their right mind seats families this close together when it 's clear my nephew is having problems... The whole place was empty and she decides to seat people *right next to us*. When my nephew had to leave the store my grandma went with him and the waitress starts acting like my grandma is dining and dashing . During our 22-hour road trip, my family and I stopped here for breakfast halfway through, and it turned out to be a great choice. The manager, Virgil, was incredibly accommodating to the needs of my large family of seven. Our orders came out quickly, and the staff was exceptionally kind and patient with us. The food was amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast; their pancakes are absolutely delicious!

I would appreciate this. It’s nothing extraordinary, but it’s what you would expect from IHOP. The service was average to below average. I ordered the crispy chicken bacon sandwich, which was just okay; the chicken was frozen and baked. The other person with me had a waffle and bacon. Not much to say about this place—floors and seats were dirty. I ordered a burger at what’s supposed to be a breakfast spot, so I won’t comment further. If you're looking for a good meal, I recommend Perkins in Gardner, Kansas. They always have friendly staff and great food.

we went to breakfast/breakfast and it wasn't too busy so we got a table right away. our waitress came to take away our commands immediately, which was estimated as we were on the way to an event. our food was hot, delicious and our order was right. we would recommend.

Dining at IHOP was just as expected—cozy and a classic breakfast experience. Our waitress was wonderful, bringing a bright energy to our visit. She was extremely attentive and helpful! Thank you, Tanika, for the fantastic service during our meal!

Short staffed, waited 30 minutes for just waters. Waited another 10 to get our order taken. Currently sitting here at the table 1 hour since we got here still waiting for our food. This place is a joke. Dirty tables everywhere. Reserve uma mesa agora

The tables were filled with trash! We was greeted by a man in a tank top! Food was half giving and was cold! It was absolutely terrible is was a nightmare. Food made us sick to top it off

The food was very good but the service was the worst I’ve ever had at an ihop. Kitchen was slow, but server rude and slow and forgot half our order.
