Ihop - Reservar uma mesa

The service was great and the food was delicious, but my strawberry cheesecake pancakes were lacking pieces of cheesecake and my aunt’s strawberry banana pancakes were lacking bananas. Also, one of the employees checked up on me while I was in the restroom, which I thought was a little weird, but at least she was nice, and some people gave us dirty looks, because my aunt with intellectual disabilities was being very noisy. All in all, our experience was okay, but we probably won’t go back anytime soon, because we live in Albuquerque, but we might go back if we’re ever back up in Alamosa again.

Creates and promotes a hostile, over worked, underpaid work environment. Employees are written up and penalized based off of hear say, and pressured into signing said writeups. Staff have reported being intimidated, cornered, and assaulted within areas with no camera coverage, and management refused to take any corrective action to protect their employees. Avoid this mismanaged establishment the staff are more miserable than they look.

We waited for an hour for our food with 3 other people in the restaurant, not busy. It took us a total of 10min to finish our food to than wait another 20min to not get our check. We than went up to the front to make a point that we were ready to leave. When the waitress asked how our food was we said it was cold which it was. Really was her response instead of being apologetic. Yes really.

Food was not as good as it once was, we've stopped there many times on our way through Alamosa. The waitress was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was rather dark and gloomy, it needs someone to greet customers as they come in, no atmosphere, needs to be brightened up and friendlier.Parking: Handicap parking was in a good area.

Good is always great however you will be waiting longer then most other restaurants That's because it's made fresh?? great for Breakfast lunch and dinner ask about the senior menu and discount Eat here a lot And its close to the University?‍?Mmm ?Kid-friendliness: Find out when kids eat free Food for family's and the pocket book
