Inka Chicken - Reservar uma mesa

SO MUCH YES I was actually kinda sad when I saw the drive thru because I thought it was going to just be another El Pollo Rico. Aji sauce. Hook me up to an IV drip of that sauce. All day. Inka chicken so moist. Flavorful. No fatty bits. Skin roasted to perfection. Mac n cheese Velveeta type Mac n cheese is normally not my jam but this Mac n cheese was so much more than this. Plantains had the fried crispy bits that you love. Not mushy. Chef?s kiss Lomo Saltado this was like a beef bourguignon with a wine base. Loved it. Meat was tender and high quality. The menu is so diverse. It was so hard not to order 5 more distinctive items. I?ll def be back.

The food was fantastic. The whole chicken together with two sides ordered for two people, and it was significantly more than we could eat. If they say two to four people, it would be at least three to four. The staff was super attentive and asked us several times how everything went.

Nice flavor on the chicken. Chicken texture was slightly mushy, but I didn't get to eat my takeaway food right away. Overall good alternative to fried chicken. The sides were what they were supposed to be, just wasn't wowed.

It was so good I was mad I bought only 1/4 chicken plate!!! Nicely seasoned food, but not too heavy or exaggerate it... Happy!!! And whatever they put in the OMFG diving sauce?

Loved it. 2nd time back. Easy to order. Did the usual grilled chicken and chimichangas. Good food...grilled chicken is excellent.
