Interlude - Reservar uma mesa

Went there while staying in Saint Trojan one evening as our hotel restaurant was not that good. Knew from the minute we walked in it was a good choice. Very welcoming and as you walk through to the rear (nice airy light room, large windows open during the day to cool the room) you can see into the kitchen which was spotless before and after the meal.Nice food, good service but not quite got the hang of measuring the digestifs, massive cognac!! Liked it so much we returned for lunch the next day before leaving Trojan. Had the set menu, very reasonable and good quality.

really lovely meal in this small, busy restaurant in the centre of St Trojan. Reasonable prices, REALLY amazing oysters with beads of lemon, which i've never seen. Friendly staff, thanks to the lady who ran after us with the umbrella we left. very much recommended

Had a lovely evening meal with the family. Food was very good with excellent service. Staff were attentful and polite. Very unassuming place and would definitely go back

Very pleasant garden room at the back. As a lunch we had salad which was as good a salad as I have eaten in a while and a very generous serving too.

We had the fish, maigre, suggested by a neighboring chef. Cuttlefish starter was also nice. Very friendly staff and a good wine list.
