Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I took my mother and GF to try Jeremiah’s for the first time but our experience was tainted by the blonde server's apparent irritation when we ordered three gelatos with different flavors. Unfortunately, our excitement turned to disappointment when we discovered hairs in our ice cream. Approaching the counter, all three employees vanished to the back, leaving us waiting for a couple minutes before someone addressed our concern. The initial blonde server doubted the presence of hair in our gelato, but another employee, to their credit, was honest, remade our ice cream, and salvaged the situation. I have been to plenty other locations and this one is Farley, my favorite as in seating wise. I’ve been to others where you can sit inside and I’ve also been to others where there’s a lot of seating outside. Here is a little bit difficult because it shares with other businesses who lock up chairs and tables so you can’t use them. The best part of this location is always the employees. They are so friendly so personable so that’s always a plus.

Great ice cream!!Update: on superbowl whomever worked had a real bad attitude. We had to knock on the window for her to come to the window to take our order. She wasn’t happy to stop playing on her phone and to attend to customers as there was nobody in the whole plaza, I assume due to superbowl. The core cream ran down on our hands and it was just a mess eating it. Will go somewhere else for a cold treat next time.

I love this place. It's a nice treat and not heavy sweets like ice cream. Highly recommend
