A pleasant moment of gustative pleasure. A treat for taste buds, delicious dishes and special mention for Hida beef which is exceptional tenderness and cuts like butter. Everything is as magical, the stage of the dishes is at the height of the delicious tasting. The staff is on top and cherry on the cake they have Chateldon. From the beginning to the end everything is perfect. As we always go down to the hotel attached to the restaurant, we will not fail to redo this restaurant. A real treat. Bravo to all these little hands.

Just sublime! Each dish is a masterpiece: pleasure of eyes and pleasure of taste. The wines offered combine perfectly with the dishes.
