I have visited this KFC location three times and have had two terrible experiences, with the most recent one pushing me to write this review. I typically do not voice my complaints about poor customer service, attributing it to a bad day for the staff, but this was beyond unacceptable. During the first incident, my boyfriend asked for extra dipping sauce for his popcorn chicken and was rudely told that he would have to pay extra for it. Despite another customer offering to cover the cost, the worker refused and eventually threw the sauce at my boyfriend. Submitted this to KFC 27/09/2013 of course with no response Chk 5432ordered 3 PC Chkn Meal after 5 minutes told it would be another 10 minutes they had no chicken. Lady in front of me ordered 4 pc meal asked attendant for all breasts she said she would pay the difference, the Cook came out and said he will give her all breasts at no extra charge. 18 minutes after ordering received 3 pc meal 1 thigh 1 drumstick 1 wing so I asked attendant: why is there no white meat she replied this is how the meal is always. Visited Gravenhurst this weekend and 'out of nostalgic memories' of taking some to Muskoka Beach for my two kids and I during the summers...I popped into KFC. Had to assimilate MENU FIRST - wow, it's changed somewhat! I just wanted 3 pieces of whitemeat, one mid size Cole Slaw and one mid size Macaroni Salad. I asked their advice on what combinations I could get, NO ONE GAVE A DARN, Server behind counter was rude and COOK came up from Prep Place and was just about as disinterested in my order as the server was. NO ONE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT. THEY HAD TIME. I AM A FEMALE SENIOR ON A PENSION. They charged me $15 plus change for my order! No offer of condiments, plates or equipment. So, I dragge...

I visited the KFC during my holidays. Picked up a bucket of chicken with 4 large salads to take to rental cottage I was checking into. The girl behind the counter couldn't do enough for me. Provided piles of cutlery, paper plates and condiments. I visited the washroom (long drive) and it was spotless. Once at the cottage we REALLY enjoyed the hot crispy chicken and salads, lots left which held us over to the next day going grocery shopping. I have been going to THAT KFC for 40 years since picking up lunch for my kids to eat at Muskoka Beach to swim for the day. Always dependable, restaurant always clean and staff always friendly! Went there because we had a gift card to use, so decided to grab lunch. went in, decided and we ordered. Guy comes in about a min after we placed our order. Whole time cashier is saying nothing to us. Guy waits about 5 min, gets his food. Still waiting. Older couple comes in, cashier rings them in. We are still waiting. Third person comes in. Couple gets there food, third person gets order rang in. Been 10 min now. Finally food comes up. We take it home. I open my "box deal" I have like 10 fries in there. Plus side, food was hot, but chicken was dry, like it got cooked again. Not sure if I am willing to go back.

went there twice in ten years, was told on both occasions, they were out of chicken. In the first place i can't remember cars in the parking lot driving by the place. So i am just thankful they didn't sell me any of the chicken they didn't sell to anybody. Can't believe the place is even open, still. Now that being said, you can't exactly rate the service as friendly, because that's not what they are, in there. Will never be back.

PLEASE treat yourself to a better meal. These grumpy non native Canadians treat their employees terribly which carries through to the food. Doesn't taste like the KFC you know. Lived here 10 years been there four times. Hated every bite. Owners don't speak English well and hide in back, except to yell at employees for something. High employee turn over. If your thirsty, even the pop tastes watered down

This is the sandwich I just returned to kfc notice the scant rotting lettuce, when I tried to return it they told me to "have a nice day" if you know what I mean and didn't even offer to replace or return. I didn't even want to give them 1 star but had to to submit the complaint. Reserve uma mesa agora

I live in Gravenhurst. 3 of my friends have got sick after eating their. When you place the order expect to wait up to 30 min)!( for your food which is smaller then other KFC's. Please do not eat here and tell others!

I have frequented KFC many times over the last 15 years but had never used them to cover a larger occasion. Great food. Great service
