What has happened to KFC? I decided to try the Gravenhurst location today after having a terrible experience at the Orillia branch a year ago, but it was another disappointment. I ordered a 10-piece bucket with three sides and added gravy, but the pieces were incredibly small; the thighs and breasts seemed to be cut in half. The wings were the biggest pieces in the box, which was misleading. The flavor was bland and not what I remembered. The gravy was very thin and watery as well. I gave two stars because the coleslaw and macaroni salads were decent. It's so disappointing—I used to love KFC and crave it. I feel like I just wasted over $40 on a bad memory.

After years of not eating KFC, we decided to order this time. What a mistake!! First of all, the chicken texture and taste took me to the point of almost vomiting. Let's not talk about the price! Never again, I'm astonished KFC still exists.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're a fan of KFC chicken. I've tried KFC at other locations, and this one doesn’t come close. I think Colonel Sanders would be disappointed that his name is associated with this establishment.

This family owned and run KFC, Does cook their food just right! They kept that great fried chicken coming, even during the Pandemic. With free parking and a great location, I Highly Recomended. ? Reserve uma mesa agora

I've been here numerous times and I keep bringing my friends along. The food is incredible and always fresh. You just can't find any KFC that compares to this one!

Menu board says Original Tenders but store only has crispy tenders.No division between popcorn chicken and fries.Both way overcooked.Won't be back.
