Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

We visited because we were told they had started selling actual KFC ?but ... How can this restaurant call its self KFC when they refuse to serve pièces of chicken (on the bone) and they will not use or sell the original recipe 11 herbs and spices. You cannot buy a traditional piece of KFC chicken as they say and i quote it takes too long to cook . So you can olny buy strips and wings and bucket of 10 hot wings and 10 chicken strips in hot coating costs just Under 18 euros !!!!!!!!!!! The prices are scandelouse for the buckets so we tried the burgers which were ok but check your order before you leave because we had to go back as we were missing parts. There are lots of nice places very close...

Today I visited this branch for lunch with my daughter when I got my meal there was no sauces so I asked the girl with a bad attitude told me 30 cents each..I thought this was terrible so I ate without sauce. After finishing I went back to the counter to get my ice cream where she was again but this time she was serving a young man he also asked for sauces she gave him a few and ther was no charge ....if there are rules then stick to them not decide if ones face fits or not! I will less than keen to go back to this branch of KFC and will go Burger King in future. Staff training needed.

Food is always cold, it has sat too long before being served so not freshly cooked. The wings are half the size they should be and after complaining that the food was cold the manager refused to refund our money so a letter to head office now insisting on a full refund or the local papers will get to hear about this and a health check on their premises will be asked for too as the food tastes stale.

This place is a complete shambles, they refuse to cook the normal large pieces of chicken the refuse to use the original spices , there was a 20 mins wait for a bucket and when we asked a member of staff why they didn 't cook the large chicken pieces she replied they take too long to cook and the are horrible anyway seriously do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

Appalling, deep fried chicken legs only with no herbs and spices. If you like KFC, never, ever go to this place. They should lose their franchise or KFC parent should sue them.
