Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

Went to dine in today and due to covid 19 every second seating area was marked not to sit at. All other tables were taken so we decided to eat outside. I asked that the outside table be cleaned for us. We were at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes and during this time i did not see a covid marshall and there was no active cleaning happening anywhere. l would expect that tables would at least be cleaned between customers. Also we were given our order with no utensils and incorrect items. Not good enough KFC!!

Ordered through delivery. They messed up the order, didn’t include everything. So I called them, they can’t do anything but offer a store credit. There’s a reason why I ordered this as a delivery they can’t redeliver or even do a refund. If you can’t offer anything but a store credit then checking orders are correct before they get sent out is the way to go, no?

All jokes aside, I dont do take out that often but your family feast was shocking. 10 of the smallest pieces of chicken squashed into a small box. The value has gone down, very dissapointing. Each piece still had the great kfv flavour we all love , but the size of your chicken has shrunk. More like spatchcock. Come on kfc .. brink bag the big chook .

Received a wrong order and it was cold and greasy! The fries were unseasoned and were very soggy. The restaurant looked like it needed a good clean.

I don’t have a car and I want some chicken. Open ur damn restaurant. KFC is for people who can’t afford a car. Be there for us.
