Kfc - Reservar mesa

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The staff is incredibly unreliable, although there is one exceptional worker at this location. Unfortunately, the food quality is the worst I've experienced at any fast food restaurant. It's widely recognized as the worst KFC in the city, as the parking lot and drive-thru are usually empty. It's definitely worth the trip across the river to find a better location, like the one in the mall or on Prospect.

Awful place. I've noticed the workers' kids running around behind the counter and playing with the soda machine. The food is consistently poor, and the service is often lacking. There's one employee who's good, but that's about it. I might need to have my mental capacity checked because for some reason, I keep coming back, probably out of nostalgia for how it used to be. Not anymore—this place has really gone downhill. I'm finished.

Overall, my previous experiences at this restaurant haven't been great, but I've noticed significant improvements in the last few years. However, during my most recent visit, I was told that there would be a 15-minute wait for the chicken tenders, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. If I hadn't already paid and wasn't a patient person, I would have left.

The only soda options available were Pepsi and Diet Pepsi, but I was served orange soda instead. The chicken bowl was unappetizing, and the macaroni salad was frozen in the middle. The fries were soggy as well. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the high prices. Reserve uma mesa agora

This is the best KFC in New Brunswick! The chicken always tastes better, and it’s usually hot and fresh. The staff are fantastic as well. I’m always satisfied when I visit this location, which is also famous for its delicious gravy.

The "new" fries are absolutely disgusting!!! They are sickeningly sweet!!! They are terrible on their own and ruin a poutine. My kids wouldnt eat them either, they asked what was wrong with them and why they tasted so gross.

The chicken strip are getting really small. Needs to check weight of meat vs fries. Alot of friend in to go cup but not much chicken strip. Will need to see strip again before I reorder!!!

The food arrived hot and delicious. However, I think there should be fewer wings and larger pieces of chicken for the price. The timing of the service was great as well. Reserve uma mesa agora

Overall, it was a good experience, but I was disappointed to see that the large portions of popcorn chicken are significantly smaller than those at the KFC in Oromocto.

Terrible and slow customer service. They consistently make you wait much longer than necessary. I recommend going to the KFC on Prospect instead; it's much better.
