Mitte Februar verschlug es mich zur Mittagszeit mal wieder ins schmucke Städtchen an der Queich. Warum nicht mal den wohlverdienten pädagogischen Mittagsschlaf gegen ein paar Sushi Happen eintauschen? So die kulinarische Frage, die ich mir beim Ansteuern des Koza der „Mutter“ aller Pfälzer Panasiaten – stellte. Mittlerweile haben sich die in Speyer und Landau hinzugekommenen Ableger des Asialadens gut etabliert – ein weiterer soll in Heidelberg in Planung sein. Die von Haßloch ausgehende Erfolgsstory ist beeindruckend und hier auf GG detailliert nachzulesen.
