La Boissaude - Reservar uma mesa

we had heard about this restaurant about five months ago and we were really excited to try it. although it was an hour and half an car ride from where we live, it was worth it. it was a nice trip to the center of nowhere to find this hidden gem! from the moment we went to the restaurant until we were gone, everything was amazing! we had the côte de Bœuf and it was perhaps the best steak we've ever eaten. a beautiful bottle of wine went perfectly with our dinner. we are looking forward to our next visit.

my favorite restaurant, the highest in the department! Getting to the middle of winter is a real adventure. I was already going there when I was a ski instructor. Last century. impossible today to spend a stay in the high doublings without going to eat in this magical place, the bosses are very friendly, like their kitchen.

The foie gras is amazing. It's good and very copyy. I asked for a dessert, but with a small quantity. The waiter told me we were on the woodsaud. We have it for our money.
