I had a layover and decided to try them because the Panda Express next to them was out of the entrees I would have ordered (that 's a separate review). There were a few items in the fridge area, and I grabbed a Petit Field Greens salad, chock full will craisins and chopped walnuts. I ordered the Croque Monsieur and a bottled soda. Pricey, but it 's the airport. Most of the salads had a balsamic dressing in them; mine didn 't. The cashier went and got one for me. Then a line of customers appeared out of nowhere, and they got busy. Once the line disappears, I 'm still waiting for my sandwich, and the cashier starts playing on his phone. Terrible, rude service! Traveling through the ATLairport, attendees over abundance of rudeness made me reconsider purchasing product from the vendor resulting in me putting the product back and returning to my terminal. As I sat at my terminal, I could see other travelers experiencing the same level of service and coincidentally doing the same thing I did. If I could give less than one star I would

Terrible, rude service. Staff continues their personal conversation while taking your order, and basically throw the food at you. Rude, bad customer service, nothing French or friendly here.
