very good restaurant : eating is delicious and you can find some local specialties as cherry or chicks. also traditional dishes such as ris de veau, rognons and so on! the staff is polite and always ready to help weine are good (... expected in burgondy) and price are decent. the hotel is located in the center of the city makes it easy to go when they stay close to hotel. there is also a good brewery next to the restaurant where they can go before or after a “Pinte”!

Agree with all previous reviewers. Found this by chance on a recommendation from bar owner when stopped overnight in Chalon.Hadn't booked a table but not a problem. Choose the 24€ menu, which considering choice was very good value. Food excellent, flavour good, substantial portions struggled...to eat 3 courses! Service very good, top marks, French food at its best.

restaurant. to house as ugly. very friendly and courteous welcome - we asked to change our table that was quickly made without fuss. the menus are extensive, interesting and affordable. we enjoyed uttering, calving and ray wing- all wonderful! a great, even in an unknown city for us.
