Introductory I will put a flat on some criticisms about "service and overflowed kitchen" ... criticism is easy, art is difficult.One evening in the middle of August the restaurant is almost empty at 8:30 pm. There are days of faintness and days without. they cannot hire and train staff for a few seasonal peak days. empty days the charges run and an empty restaurant without recipe is condemned. The welcome is nice, the good kitchen. the gambas risotto is very good, a mellow carnaroli rice and a real gambas. The smoked trout salad is well presented and seasoned (I would personally cut the lesser crusts) the blueberry pie is correct but I don't know if it's home? :-) (bon .si the cooks are only...
